Do we sell or provide alcohol?

No. Due to Ohio liquor laws, our customers provide the alcohol and we serve it. We will help you figure out how much you'll need. We offer menu planning and we are great at estimating the amount you will need based on the guest count.

pick your bar

Pricing ranges from $300-$1200 for the bar setup which includes one insured bartender for up to 5 hours
Bartending only - bartender just shows up, no setting up by bartender required, we just serve the drinks
Venue bar - Bartender(s) use venue bar, but still set up everything for the event
LO’s Basic Inside Bar - A 6-foot front table & a 5-foot back table with black fitted cloths, with 2 large coolers
LO’s Shiplap Bar - L-shaped white shiplap bar, with a light maple counter top
Mobile Trailer - revamped trailer into a gorgeous dark stained wooden mobile bar, picture above
Package includes bar equipment, set up & clean up, TIPS certified, liquor & liability insured. Bar can be decorated to fit theme whether decor is provided by us or you.
1 bartender included in pricing, if over 75 people additional bartenders will be added on. Additional time can be added for $150/hour per bartender.

Drink Package

Pricing range depends on guest count for drink package
Leaf out the alcohol - mocktails $4/guest
Spruce it up - NA drink options - an addition to any drink package which includes up to 5 sodas/juice/non-alcoholic beverages of your choosing $3/guest
Just the Acorn - Beers/Seltzers & Wine $3/guest
The Small Oak - Spirits/basic cocktails, beer/seltzers, & wine $6/guest
The Big Oak - 2 signature cocktails, spirits, beer/seltzers, & wine $8/guest
*All drink packages include basic mixers (minus spruce it up), cups, ice, 2 large coolers (as needed), basic garnishes, straws, napkins, drink menu, & assistance determining alcohol quantities host needs to buy. The mixers are for cocktails only. Spruce it up can be added to any drink package to accommodate non-drinkers/to offer NA options.
